  • What is the process?

    -A 50% deposit is collected

    -We send you a form for you to provide as many dimensions of your space as possible, photos of your space and inspiration photos as well as other information that will be taken into account when designing your space

    -We design your space

    -You’ll receive a fully designed space as well as links to the items for purchasing

    -The balance due is collected once you’ve received your design

  • What is the cost?

    SEML Design charges $300 per room. You will receive images of the new design in your current space as well as links of where to purchase the items suggested. This includes one revision if needed after we talk through the design.

    If you are in need of a floorplan with dimensions, the cost is an additional $50 per room.

  • What is the average budget?

    This depends on the room you are working on, your personal budget and how detailed you’d like to get in the room. Are you looking for custom items? Are you considering wallpaper? Do you need accessories? All of this is taken into account and you are free to purchase what you’d like to make your space come together. We will discuss your ideal budget on our first call together.

  • Do you design kitchens and bathrooms?

    Kitchens and bathrooms will be designed as a general concept. We will provide finishes and styles for cabinetry but not a cabinetry layout. We can source tile and wallpaper but it’s up to you or your contractor to determine the quantities of these items that you’ll need. We can also source plumbing fixtures, but it will be up to you or your contractor to determine how these will be configured.

  • Can you keep items you already own as part of the new design?

    Absolutely! We encourage using what you already have to create new designs!

  • What is your refund policy?

    Any and all payments mad to SEML Design are nonrefundable.
